Flat Plate Pressurized Solar Water Heater

An integrated roof-mounted solar hot-water system combining a flat plate collector, insulated pressurized tank and support frame. Designed for mains-pressure domestic water delivery with natural thermosiphon circulation.

150–300 L* Pressurized Tank* 1–2 Collectors* OEM Available

*Preliminary market-reference range. Final capacity, working pressure, tank construction, collector area and safety accessories require model confirmation.

Integrated, Pressurized and Flat Plate

This product is selected as a complete hot-water appliance. It combines the collector and tank on the roof while supplying domestic water under an approved pressurized-tank design.

THIS PRODUCT

Compact Pressurized System

Flat collector, insulated tank and frame form one thermosiphon package.

Mains-pressure hot-water positioning
DIFFERENT PRODUCT

Flat Plate Collector Only

A thermal panel without an integrated storage tank or complete water-heater package.

Selected by area and thermal load
DIFFERENT PRODUCT

Split Pressurized System

The collector remains on the roof while the tank is installed separately, often with pumped circulation.

More flexible but more system components

One Roof-Mounted Package, Four Functional Layers

01

Flat Plate Collector

Glazing, selective absorber, flow channels, insulation and casing capture solar energy and transfer it into the circulation circuit.

02

Pressurized Storage Tank

An approved inner tank stores domestic hot water while insulation reduces overnight heat loss.

03

Thermosiphon Connection

Natural density differences circulate heated fluid between the collector and elevated tank without a circulation pump.

04

Roof Support & Safety Set

The structural frame, valves, anode, connections and optional backup heater complete the selected package.

Match Storage and Collector Area Together

Tank capacity alone is not a sizing calculation. Climate, users, draw pattern, inlet temperature and backup strategy must also be reviewed.

150 L*

Entry Household Model

A common market size for lower daily demand.

Collector: commonly 1 panel Positioning: compact roof footprint
200 L*

Core Family Model

A widely marketed capacity for standard domestic demand.

Collector: commonly 1 panel Positioning: distributor core SKU
250 L*

Extended Capacity

An intermediate option for higher occupancy or consumption.

Collector: model-dependent Positioning: market-specific option
300 L*

Large Household / Light Duty

A common upper compact-system capacity.

Collector: commonly 2 panels Positioning: larger roof package

*Market-reference capacities only. Final Cassky model range, usable storage volume, panel quantity and collector area require confirmation.

Thermosiphon Heating Without a Circulation Pump

The storage tank is positioned above the collector. As fluid in the panel warms, its density falls and it rises toward the tank while cooler fluid returns to the collector.

01 / ABSORB

Panel Captures Sunlight

The selective flat absorber converts solar radiation into thermal energy.

02 / HEAT

Collector Fluid Warms

Heat moves into the water or closed-loop fluid according to the selected system.

03 / RISE

Natural Circulation Starts

Warmer, lighter fluid rises through the upper connection into the elevated tank.

04 / STORE

Insulated Tank Retains Heat

Stored hot water remains available for pressurized delivery and scheduled use.

Installation geometry matters: thermosiphon performance depends on tank elevation, pipe slope, connection routing, air removal and avoiding reverse circulation. Follow the confirmed installation drawing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions distributors, installers and project buyers ask when comparing compact pressurized flat plate solar water heaters.

01Is this a complete solar water heater or only a collector?+

It is an integrated system combining a flat plate collector, pressurized storage tank and mounting frame. Final accessories depend on the selected package.

02How does it operate without a circulation pump?+

The elevated tank and collector use thermosiphon circulation: warmer fluid rises to the tank and cooler fluid returns to the panel.

03What capacities are commonly available?+

Comparable market systems commonly include 150, 200, 250 and 300 L. Final Cassky capacity and panel combinations require confirmation.

04Can it connect directly to mains water?+

A correctly rated pressurized model may support mains-pressure delivery, but inlet pressure, pressure-reducing requirements, safety valves and local plumbing codes must be checked.

05Is it suitable for freezing climates?+

Suitability depends on direct or indirect circulation, heat-transfer fluid, pipe exposure and freeze-protection design. Do not assume every compact thermosiphon model is freeze-safe.

06Can electric backup heating be added?+

It may be offered as an option. Heater power, voltage, thermostat, wiring and protection must match the destination market.

07What can be customized for OEM orders?+

Potential options include capacity, tank material, casing, collector size, coating, frame, backup heater, valves, labels, manuals and packaging.

08What information is required for a quotation?+

Provide country, climate, users, daily demand, mains pressure, water quality, roof type, required capacity, quantity, certification needs and delivery plan.
