01 Does the system include photovoltaic panels? +

The core system includes the inverter, battery and controls. PV modules, mounting, cables and protection may be included as an optional project kit and must be defined in the quotation.

02 What is the difference between kW and kWh? +

kW describes instantaneous power capability; kWh describes stored energy. Both must be selected from the load profile and required runtime.

03 Can the battery capacity be expanded later? +

Selected modular systems may support expansion within approved module count, firmware, voltage, age and installation limits. Confirm the exact expansion policy before purchase.

04 Will all loads operate during a grid outage? +

Not automatically. Backup circuits must be selected within the inverter's backup power, surge and battery-energy limits. High-power loads may require exclusion or load management.

05 Can it work completely off-grid? +

Only models approved for off-grid operation should be used. PV production, battery autonomy, generator integration and seasonal worst-case conditions require system design.

06 Can it charge from the grid during low-tariff periods? +

Time-scheduled grid charging may be supported depending on model, settings and local regulations. Confirm firmware functions and utility requirements.

07 What can be customized for OEM orders? +

Potential scope includes power and energy combinations, enclosure, branding, display, communications, operating modes, labels, manuals and packaging, subject to platform limits.

08 What information is required for a quotation? +
