A modular solar thermal collector engineered to transfer sunlight into usable heat through a selectively coated absorber and liquid flow circuit. Built for pressurized domestic, commercial and project-scale hot-water systems.

Collector panel, not a complete heater

This page is for the glazed heat-collection panel that connects to an external hydraulic circuit. It should be specified by area, absorber construction, flow layout, pressure class and tested performance—not by storage-tank litres.

Solar glazing

Tempered low-iron textured glass is a common option for transmitting sunlight while protecting the internal assembly.

Selective absorber

A coated metal sheet absorbs solar radiation and limits radiative heat loss. Copper/aluminium or full-copper structures can be evaluated.

Hydraulic circuit

Headers and risers carry water or glycol solution. Tube material, layout, connection standard and pressure rating are model-specific.

Insulation & casing

Back/edge insulation and an aluminium enclosure reduce thermal loss and protect the collector in outdoor service.

From sunlight to stored heat

The collector is one heat-generating component inside a designed solar loop. Pumps, controls and freeze/overheat protection depend on the complete hydraulic scheme.

STEP 01

Solar transmission

Radiation passes through the glazing and reaches the coated absorber surface.

STEP 02

Heat absorption

The absorber converts incoming solar energy into heat across the metal sheet.

STEP 03

Fluid transfer

Heat passes into water or glycol solution circulating through headers and risers.

STEP 04

Tank charging

The solar circuit delivers heat to an external storage tank, directly or through a heat exchanger.

Direct circuit System water may pass through the collector where water quality, pressure and freeze conditions permit.
Indirect glycol circuit A closed solar loop transfers heat through a coil or external exchanger for freeze protection and hydraulic separation.
